The price per room
is £73 per week (each calendar month by standing order) to include cleaning, TV

A discount of
£1,500* is available to a group of 5 friends or colleagues renting the whole
house on a joint basis from a minimum term of 12 months (* repayable at the end
to the rental period)

having responsibility the landlord will manage the utilities. A 1/5 share will
be charged to the customer (at cost only without markup with the landlord
funding the most suitable and economic provider).
The estimated
charge per room is £10 per week to be paid the same time as the rent, each
calendar month in advance by standing order.
Each quarter an
account will be provided for customers with any adjustment to the weekly amount
(up or down) made at that point.
Groups renting the
whole of the house can choose to use this facility management or make their own
arrangements for utilities.
Deposits
A
Deposit equal to one calendar months rent is required at the start of the
letting with a further deposit equal to one calendar months estimate for the
utility charges. Both
deposits will be securely held under one of the government schemes and returned
at the end of the letting.
